An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phwinn reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address or mobile number. phwinn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. All games offered on the phwinn platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by audited third-party game providers. The RNG systems are regularly tested to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phwinn reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account.
